摘要：当归为大宗、常用与特色药材,是甘肃道地及“十大陇药”与“五朵金花”药材之首,也是中医临床补血与妇科“圣药”,素有“十方九归”之称。随着当归野生驯化与配套栽培体系的日益完善,栽培面积得到加速扩大,但是对优良种质资源的疏于筛选与纯化及新品种选育的严重滞后,导致当归生产过程中病害加剧流行、早期抽薹问题日趋加重。国际上通行采用的方法是选育优良新品种与筛选优异种质资源,以达到长期控制病害、逐步提高综合质量的目的。该研究从当归种质资源特征、生态分布及育种技术、新品种选育策略等关乎产业发展与资源应用的角度,综述了当归生物学特性、野生与栽培资源分布、育种模式、新品种选育策略等的研究进展。结果表明:自1970年以来,虽然育种技术得到快速发展,但当归新品种选育严重滞后于生产需求,已有品种纯化、制种与复壮研究进展极为缓慢。因此,建议将当归种质资源筛选、鉴定、创新及新品种选育的理论研究和实践工作,作为当归产业发展战略问题提到前沿研究的焦点位置,以此加快当归的高质量与绿色可持续发展,为中药材育种领域的发展提供参考依据。
Angelica sinensis is a bulk,commonly used and characteristic medicinal material,which is the first of the‘Ten Long Medicines’and‘Five Golden Flowers’medicinal materials in Gansu Province,and is also the‘holy medicine’of traditional Chinese medicine clinical blood tonic and gynaecology,known as‘Ten Directions and Nine Returns’.With the improvement of the wild domestication and supporting cultivation system of Angelica sinensis,the cultivation area has been accelerated,but the neglect of the selection and purification of excellent germplasm resources and the serious lag of new variety breeding have led to the aggravation of diseases in the production process of Angelica sinensis and the problem of early sprouting.The method commonly used in the world is to select and breed excellent new varieties and screen excellent germplasm resources to achieve the purpose of long-term disease control and gradual improvement of comprehensive quality.In this study,the research progress on the biological characteristics,distribution of wild and cultivated resources,breeding mode,and breeding strategy of new varieties of Angelica sinensis was reviewed from the perspectives of the characteristics of Angelica sinensis germplasm resources,ecological distribution and breeding technology,and new variety breeding strategies.The results showed that since the 1970s,although the breeding technology has developed rapidly,the breeding of new varieties of Angelica sinensis has seriously lagged behind the production demand,and the research progress of purification,seed production and rejuvenation of existing varieties has been extremely slow.Therefore,it was suggested that the theoretical research and practice of the screening,identification,innovation and breeding of new varieties of Angelica sinensis germplasm resources should be put into the focus of cutting-edge research as the strategic issue of the development strategy of Angelica sinensis,so as to accelerate the high-quality,green and sustainable development of Angelica sinensis,and provide references for the development of the field of Chinese herbal medicine breeding.
