摘要：目的:观察增食灵口服液对幼龄大鼠胃排空及血浆胃动素穴MOT雪水平的影响。方法:50只幼龄大鼠随机分为正常对照组,增食灵口服液大、中、小剂量组,吗丁啉组共5组。分别用0.9%NaCl溶液及各组药物灌胃7d后,利用酚红法测定胃排空率;同时测定血浆MOT水平。结果:除小剂量组外,各用药组的胃排空率均显著快于正常对照组穴P<0.05雪,各用药组之间,两两比较差异无显著性意义;除吗丁啉组和小剂量组外,其余各用药组的MOT含量均显著高于正常对照组穴P<0.05雪。结论:增食灵口服液能显著促进大鼠胃排空及提高血浆MOT水平,且与剂量大小相关。
Objective：To investigate the influence of Zengshiling oral liquid on young rat＇s gastric emptying and blood plasma motilin（MOT）. Methods：The 50 rats were divided into five groups randomly： control group,large dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group,normal dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group, small dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group and Motilium group. The rats were taken different drugs eorrespondly. 7 days later, used the phenol red methods to assay gastric emptying and blood plasma MOT levels. Results： Except the small dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group, the rate of gastric emptying in other groups were quicker than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Except the Motilium group and the small dose of Zengshiling oral liquid group, the MOT content in other groups were notably higher than control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conelusion：Zengshiling oral liquid can obviously promote young rat＇ s rate of gastric emptying and raise the level of blood plasma MOT, and its effect is related to the dosage.
