摘要:以甘肃陇南市宕昌县八力镇中药材种植地土壤为例,研究种植地5个土壤理化性质指标(pH、有机质、有效磷、全氮、全钾)和11个金属元素(Fe、Mn、As、Hg、Pb、Sn、Bi、Ni、Co、Ca、Mg)的含量,并对其进行相关性分析、金属元素污染情况评价和土壤重金属的健康风险评估。结果表明,种植地土壤pH为8.20,属于碱性土壤;有机质含量处于3级水平,有效磷、全氮和全钾含量处于1级水平;金属元素中As、Sn、Bi元素含量高于甘肃省土壤背景值,分别是背景值的1.17、1.94、1.17倍,Hg元素含量与背景值一致,其余元素含量低于背景值;相关性分析表明,各土壤因子来源可能为复合源;内梅罗综合污染指数显示种植地金属元素含量属于轻污染等级;As、Pb、Ni、Hg元素的非致癌风险指数HI值均小于1,危害可忽略;As、Ni元素的致癌风险CR值小于10-4,属于可接受范围,尚未造成致癌风险影响。
Taking the soil of Chinese medicinal materials planting areas in Bali Town,Dangchang County,Longnan City,Gansu Province as an example,the contents of five soil physical and chemical properties(pH,organic matter,available phosphorus,total nitrogen,total potassium)and 11 metal elements(Fe,Mn,As,Hg,Pb,Sn,Bi,Ni,Co,Ca,Mg)were studied.The correlation analysis,metal element pollution assessment and health risk assessment of heavy metals in soil were carried out.The results showed that the soil pH in planting area was 8.20,belonging to alkaline soil;the organic matter content was at level 3,while the effective phosphorus,total nitrogen and total potassium content were at level 1.The content of As,Sn and Bi in metal elements was higher than the background value of soil in Gansu Province,which was 1.17,1.94 and 1.17 times higher than the background value,respectively.The content of Hg element was consistent with the background value,while the content of other elements was lower than the background value.Correlation analysis indicated that the sources of various soil factors may be composite sources.Nemerow comprehensive pollution index showed that the metal content in planting area belonged to light pollution level;the non?carci?nogenic risk HI values of As,Pb,Ni and Hg were all less than 1,and the hazards could be ignored.The carcinogenic risk CR value of As and Ni was less than 10-4,which was acceptable and had not yet caused the carcinogenic risk.
