摘要：外阴白斑是指女性外阴皮肤和黏膜组织发生变性及色素改变的一种妇科顽固性慢性疾病,因此病病因病机尚不明确,所以治疗方法也不具有统一性,目前应用广泛的中医疗法主要有中医内治法、中医外治法(中药涂擦法、中药熏洗法)、内外合治法、针灸治疗等,西医治疗有药物治疗、聚焦超声治疗、激光治疗、光动力疗法、冷冻治疗、臭氧治疗、手术治疗等方法,目前中西医结合疗法逐渐成为该病的治疗趋势,即在中医治疗的基础上辅以西医治疗,注重内外同治,中西并重,目的在于减轻患者的瘙痒、疼痛等症状,控制疾病的进展,提高患者的生活质量。本文将近几年中西医治疗外阴白斑的文献进行整理及综述,以便为临床治疗提供证据支持。
Leukoplakia vulvae refers to female vulvar skin and mucous tissue degeneration and pigment change of a gynecological intractable chronic disease,therefore the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease is not clear,so the treatment methods are not uniform,currently widely used traditional Chinese medicine therapy mainly includes traditional Chinese medicine internal treatment,traditional Chinese medicine external treatment(traditional Chinese medicine rubbing method,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation method),internal and external treatment,acupuncture treatment etc.Western medicine treatment includes drug therapy,focused ultrasound therapy,laser therapy,photodynamic therapy,cryotherapy,ozone therapy,surgical treatment and other methods.At present,integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy has gradually become the treatment trend of this disease,that is,supplemented by western medicine treatment on the basis of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,pay attention to both internal and external treatment,and attach equal importance to Chinese and western medicine.The purpose is to reduce patients’itching,pain and other symptoms,and to control the progression of the disease and improve the quality of life of patients.In this paper,the literature on the treatment of leukoplakia vulvae by traditional Chinese and western medicine in recent years was sorted and reviewed in order to provide evidence support for clinical treatment.
