摘要：溃疡性结肠炎是一种慢性炎症性肠病,近年来在我国发病率激增,其病情极易反复,甚至导致癌症,严重影响患者生存质量。目前研究发现其发病与情志因素有重要关联,从病机本质着手,通过调畅情志可协调整体阴阳,起到治疗作用。最新研究显示情志致病会导致肠道菌群失衡,提示中医从情志致病理论治疗溃疡性结肠炎可从平衡肠道菌群方面做探讨。文章以情志致病的理论基础、临床基础、实验研究等方面为出发点,探讨其在中医治疗溃疡性结肠炎中的疗效机制,以期为临床诊疗扩宽思路,提高临床疗效。
Ulcerative colitis is a chronic inflammatory bowel disease.In recent years,the incidence of this disease has been increasing rapidly in China.Its condition is very easy to relapse and even leads to cancer,which seriously affects the quality of life of the patients.At present,it has been found that there is an important relationship between the onset and the emotional factors.From the essence of pathogenesis,the emotion can harmonize the whole Yin and Yang,and play a therapeutic role.Recent studies have shown that pathogenic bacteria can lead to an imbalance of intestinal flora,suggesting that TCM can treat the ulcerative colitis by balancing the intestinal flora with the theory of emotion and disease.This article based on the theoretical basis,clinical basis and experimental study of the pathogenesis of emotional diseases,discussed the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.It is expected to broaden the thinking and improve the clinical efficacy for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
