摘要：目的观察膏肓灸法对佐剂型类风湿性关节炎(RA)大耳白兔血清IgGI、gA含量及红细胞C3b受体花环形成率(RBC-C3bR)、红细胞复合物花环形成率(RBC-IcR)的影响,为本法在临床应用提供理论依据。方法将40只日本大耳白兔随机分为正常组、RA模型组、药物对照组和膏肓灸法组各10只。除正常组外,其余各组均按文献方法造模。药物对照组每次给予尪痹冲剂0.56 g1,日3次;膏肓灸法组每日治疗1次。10 d后检测结果。结果膏肓灸法组和药物对照组血清IgGI、gA含量明显降低(P<0.05),膏肓灸法组疗效低于药物对照组(P<0.05);膏肓灸法组和药物对照组对RBC-C3bR的升高作用明显(P<0.05),均能降低RBC-IcR(P<0.05),膏肓灸法组疗效低于药物对照组(P<0.05)。结论膏肓灸法具有较强的改善体液免疫作用,并能提高红细胞免疫功能。
Objective To observe moxibustion at Gaoguang（ BL43 ）on the contents of IgG and IgA, red blood cell C3b receptor rosette rate（ RBC -C3bRR）and red blood cell immune complex rosette rate （RBC - ICR） so as to provide the theoretic evidence for clinical application. Methods 40 Japanese white rabbits were divided randomly into a normal group, a RA model group, a medicine control group and a moxi- bustion group, 10 rabbits in each one. Except normal group, the rabbits in the rest groups were modeled ac- cording to the method recorded in literature. In medicine control group ,wangbi infusion was prescribed ,0.56 g each time,three times a day. In moxibustion group,moxibustion at Gaohuang（BL43） was done once a day. 10 days later, the results of the indexes were detected. Results In either moxibustion group or medicine con- trol group, the contents of serum IgG and IgA were reduced apparently（P 〈 0.05 ）. The efficacy in moxibus- tion group was less than that in medicine control group. In moxibustion group and medicine control group, RBC -C3bR was up -regulated apparently（P 〈 0.05 ）and RBC - ICR was down - regulated （P 〈 0.05 ）. The efficacy in moxibustion group was less than that in medicine control group. Conclusion Moxibustion at Gaohuang（ BIA3 ）improves greatly body fluid and red blood cell immune functions.
