摘要：近几年,绝经后骨质疏松症的发生率居高不下,疼痛、易骨折等并发症严重影响着中老年女性的生活质量,加重了家庭及社会负担。大健康时代,治未病思想作为中医学理论的特色和精髓,笔者认为其实施方便易行,将该思想渗透于围绝经期女性,可帮助降低绝经后骨质疏松症的发生及发展,从而提高绝经后女性的生活质量。
In recent years,the incidence of postmenopausal osteoporosis has remained high.Complications such as pain and fractures have seriously affected the quality of life of middle-aged and elderly women,and have increased the burden of family and society.The preventive treatment of disease theory is the characteristic and essence of Chinese medicine theory.The author believes that the preventive treatment of disease theory is convenient to implement,and this idea can be applied to perimenopausal women to help reduce the occurrence and development of postmenopausal osteoporosis,thereby improving the quality of life of postmenopausal women.
