摘要：甘草中三萜皂苷包括甘草酸、甘草次酸、乌拉尔甘草皂苷等,是甘草的主要活性成分之一。近年来,甘草三萜皂苷在抗肝癌、乳腺癌、肺癌等肿瘤及联合抗肿瘤方面的研究取得了一定进展。其可通过诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡、自噬、调控信息通路等机制抑制肿瘤细胞的增殖,在肿瘤的治疗上具有药用价值。
Triterpenoid saponins in Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)include glycyrrhizic acid,glycyrrhetinic acid,Ural licorice saponins,etc.,and are one of the main active ingredients of Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma).In recent years,triterpenoid saponins from Gancao(Glycyrrhizae Radix Et Rhizoma)have made some progress in the research of anti-tumor,such as breast cancer,lung cancer and other tumors,and combined anti-tumor.It can inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells by inducing apoptosis,autophagy,and regulating information pathways,and has medicinal value in the treatment of tumors.
