摘要：中医药治疗疾病取得疗效作用机制与西药治疗疾病取得疗效的机制不同。中医在"阴阳平衡""扶正祛邪""恢复稳态"等理论指导下,判断临床疗效坚持的是"整体观念""动态分析"等原则,所以非常重视疾病过程中,用药治疗后生命出现的反应,即正邪斗争产生的象和势;而现代医学则在"细菌感染""指标升高""痛苦加重"等症状体征限定下,判定临床疗效依靠的是化验检查,坚持的是"细菌清除""指标下降""痛苦减轻"等标准。完全采用现代医学模式的检查、化验手段作为判定中医药取得疗效与否的标准是值得商榷的。古代医家没有依靠现代医学检查来判断临床疗效,其精准疗效判断的重要标准是很好地运用了象势思维。文章分析了象势思维的特征,探讨了象势思维在临床疗效判定中的运用,指出了运用象势思维可以客观认识人体本能反应,意在为中医临床疗效判定标准的制定提供新思路。
Curative effect mechanisms of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine are different. Under the guidance of the theory about the ＇yin-yang balance＇, ＇strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors＇, ＇build-up steady state＇, to determine the clinical effects based on the principles of ＇concept of holism＇, ＇dynamic analysis＇, so attaches great importance in the process of the disease, the emergence of life after drug treatment response, the result of a struggle between good and evil. Curative effects of modem medicine are based on ＇bacterial infection＇, ＇index increased＇, ＇pain aggravate＇ and so on. It is considerable that using modem medical model determines curative effects of TCM. There are no medical tests in ancient times, while applying image-potential thought did matter. The paper analyzed the features of image-potential thought, discussed the clinicai application and pointed out that it Could objectively get to know human instinct response, so as to provide new thought for formulating TCM clinical curative effects standards.
