摘要：小儿遗尿症是儿科系统的常见病、多发病,其患病率非常高,可严重影响患儿的生活质量与自尊自信,引发注意力不集中、焦躁孤僻、自卑等心理异常。现代医学认为儿童遗尿症的发病机制较为复杂且病因尚未完全明确,可能与家族遗传史、精神心理问题、睡眠觉醒功能障碍、膀胱功能异常和抗利尿激素分泌失常等因素有关,通常以行为训练联合去氨加压素为代表药物进行治疗,疗效值得肯定,但存在较多不良反应。我国传统中医早在两千多年前就对小儿遗尿有所认识,至现代中医药已经积累了丰富理论与实践经验,对本病治疗有独特优势。本文系统整理了近五年来中医药治疗小儿遗尿的相关临床文献,主要从该病的病因病机辨证论治,中医药物治疗与外治方法等方面展开论述,进一步梳理小儿遗尿症的发病机制与诊治概况,为临床治疗该病提供思路和参考,以提高该病的临床治愈率,改善患儿的生活质量,促进其身心健康发展。
Nocturnal enuresis in children is a common and frequent occurring disease in the pediatric system,and it is with a very high prevalence rate.It can seriously affect the quality of life and self-esteem of children,and lead to mental disorders such as inattention,anxiety,withdrawal and inferiority.Modern medicine believes that the pathogenesis of enuresis in children is relatively complex and the etiology has not been completely determined,which may be related to family history,mental and psychological problems,sleep awakening dysfunction,abnormal bladder function and the secretion of antidiuretic hormone,etc.Treatment is usually conducted with behavior training combined with desmopressin as the representative drugs,which is with positive effects but there are also many adverse reactions.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has recognized children enuresis as early as more than 2000 years ago,the modern Chinese medicine has accumulated rich theoretical and practical experience and shows a unique advantage in the treatment of this disease.The clinical literature on the TCM treatment of infantile enuresis in recent five years are systematically summarized,which is mainly from the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,syndrome differentiation and treatment,drug therapy of traditional Chinese medicine and external treatment methods and other aspects,and pathogenesis and diagnosis of infantile enuresis and treatment of disease are further combed,and provides some references for clinical treatment,so as to improve the clinical cure rate of the disease,enhance the quality of life of children,promote their physical and mental health development.
