摘要：“脏腑-中枢神经轴”是近年来在整体观念指导下新发现的体内各组织与中枢神经系统之间具有相互作用的轴关系。中枢神经系统由脑与脊髓组成,通过神经传导的方式支配与控制人体的全部行为。在血脑屏障作用下,周身组织的病变较难影响到脑,而脑与脊髓的损伤往往给身体带来不可逆性的伤害。最新研究表明,周身组织脏器与中枢神经系统存在相互影响的轴关系,认识轴关系以及轴通路对于降低中枢神经系统损伤、开发双向调节的药物以及开发新的治疗路径有重要意义。整体观指导下的“脏腑-中枢神经轴”与中医学中的“脏腑经络理论”的内容高度匹配。“脏腑经络理论”认为五脏六腑与全身器官组织之间存在密切的关联,但其基于物质基础的科学解释与发现一直以来十分匮乏。为此,梳理脏腑与中枢神经系统之间相互作用及潜在机制的研究,结合中医学“脏腑经络理论”理论,探讨轴关系的中医学意义。以期为解释中医学“脏腑经络理论”及中枢神经系统相关疾病的防治和药物开发增添新的理论依据。
The“Zang-Fu organs-central nervous axis”is a newly discovered axis relationship between various tissues in the body and the central nervous system under the guidance of the holistic concept in recent years.The central nervous system consists of the brain and the spinal cord,which govern and control all human behaviors through nerve conduction.Under the ac-tion of the blood-brain barrier,it is difficult for the lesions of the whole body to affect the brain,and the damage to the brain and spinal cord often brings irreversible damage to the body.The latest research shows that there is an axial relationship between the organs of the whole body and the central nervous system.Understanding the axial relationship and the axial pathway is of great significance for reducing the damage to the central nervous system,developing drugs that regulate bidirectionally and new treat-ment pathways.The“Zang-Fu organs-central nervous axis”guided by the holistic view is highly compatible with the“Zang-Fu organs-central nervous axis”in TCM.The“Zang-Fu organs-central nervous axis”believes that there is a close relation-ship between the Zang-Fu organs and the tissues of the whole body,but the scientific explanation and discovery based on the material basis is very lacking.To this end,this paper summarized the research on the interaction and potential mechanism be-tween the Zang-Fu organs and the central nervous system,combined with the theory of“Zang-Fu organs-central nervous ax-is”in TCM to explore the TCM significance of the axis relationship.It is expected to add a new theoretical basis for explaining the“Zang-Fu organs-central nervous axis”in TCM and the prevention and treatment of diseases related to the central nervous system and drug development.
