摘要：中药材质量是中医药事业发展的基础性要素。随着中国社会的转型,传统社会的中药材质量体系被现代社会的中药材质量体系替代,导致原有的供需、责权、监督与评价平衡被打破,中药材供给、中医医疗体系和中药材科研的利益分配失序,中药材质量问题频发导致国家监管陷入困境。应通过技术创新弥合供求失衡、管理创新协调利益分配、服务创新科学配置资源、完善现代中药材质量体系,推动中药材质量稳步提升。
The quality of Chinese medicinal materials is a basic factor to ensure the health of patients and promote the development of Chinese medicine.With the transformation of Chinese society,the traditional Chinese medicine system has been replaced by the modern Chinese medicine system,As a result,the balance of supply and demand,responsibility,supervision and evaluation was broken.The distribution of benefits of Chinese herbal medicine supply,Chinese medicine medical system and Chinese herbal medicine research is out of order and state supervision is in trouble,leading to frequent problems in the quality of Chinese herbal medicines.We should bridge the imbalance between supply and demand through technological innovation,manage innovation and coordinate the distribution of benefits,and service innovative scientific allocation resources to improve the modern Chinese medicine system and promote the steady improvement of the quality of Chinese herbal medicines.
