摘要：通过古籍文献调研、中药现代研究进展及其研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为:紫苏子功效主要为降气化痰,止咳平喘,润肠通便。症靶为痰浊咳喘,肺气不降便秘。标靶为高血脂。现代药理发现,紫苏子及其有效成分具有降脂、止咳平喘、增强记忆力、降糖、保肝、抗菌、抗过敏、抗肿瘤等作用。本品无毒,阴虚喘咳及脾虚便溏者慎用。临床使用剂量为1~200 g,内服时当根据不同疾病,或同一疾病的不同阶段进行辨证使用,并积极探索紫苏子用量与症靶、标靶的量效关系构建。
Based on the investigation of ancient books,research progress and achievements of modern traditional Chinese medicine,and the knowledge and application experience of experts and scholars in the field of clinical Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese pharmacology,the following opinions on Fructus Perillae are formed through discussion:The main effect of Fructus Perillae is to descend qi and dissipate phlegm,relieve cough and asthma,moisten intestine and facilitate feces excretion.The symptom targets are phlegm-turbidity and cough and asthma,constipation caused by failure of lung-Qi to descend.The biochemical indicator target is hyperlipidemia.Modern pharmacology finds that Fructus Perillae and its effective ingredients have the roles of reducing blood lipids,relieving cough and asthma,enhancing memory,protecting liver,antibacterial,anti-allergic,and anti-tumor and so on.The Chinese herbal medicine is non-toxic,and should be taken with caution for people with cough and asthma due to yin deficiency,and loose stools due to spleen deficiency.The clinical dosage is 1-120 g.When taken orally,it should be used dialectically according to different diseases,or different stages of the same disease.We should also actively explore and construct the dose-effect relationship between the dosage of Fructus Perillae and the symptom targets or biochemical indicator targets.
