摘要:临床上,肠道菌群与肾脏病互为因果、相互影响,肠道菌群紊乱诱导IgA肾病显示以肠道菌群失调为枢纽的“肺-肾-大肠”传导轴与IgA肾病关系极为密切。研究发现,肺肠疾病通过干扰“肺-肾-大肠”传导途径从而对肾脏病产生负向调控作用,补肺、清肠及调菌等法或可成为治疗IgA肾病的新靶点。本文基于肠道菌群分析“肺-肾-大肠”轴与IgA肾病的相关性,梳理补益肺气、通腑清肠类中药在调节肠道微生态平衡、保护肾脏免疫应激等方面的应用,可为治疗IgA肾病提供肺、肾、大肠脏腑互通互用的分子生物学靶向依据。
Clinically,intestinal flora and kidney disease are cause and effect for each other.IgA nephropathy induced by intestinal flora disorder shows that the“lung-kidney-large intestine”conduction axis with intestinal flora imbalance as the hub is closely related to IgA nephropathy.It has been found that lung and intestinal diseases have a negative regulatory effect on kidney disease by interfering with the“lung-kidney-large intestine”pathway,and the methods of tonifying lung,clearing intestines and regulating bacteria may become new targets for the treatment of IgA nephropathy.Based on the analysis of the correlation between“lung-kidney-large intestine”axis and IgA nephropathy,this article sorted out the application of TCM of tonifying lung-qi,dredging fu and clearing intestine in regulating intestinal microecological balance and protecting renal immune stress,which could provide molecular biological basis for the treatment of IgA nephropathy.
