摘要:测定了三种氮氧自由基与环糊精相互作用的EPR波谱,计算了波谱参数.结果表明:与环糊精作用后,自由基的超精细分裂常数(an)值及旋转相关时间(τc)都有规律变化,由此探讨了氮氧自由基与环糊精相互作用位点及作用力大小.
It was found in this study that the ESR spectra of three nitroxide radicals, 4- hydroxy-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyliperidine-1-oxyl (R1), 4-azido-2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyliperdine-1-oxyl (R2) and 4-oxybenzene-sulfonyl-2,2,6,6-tetramethyliperidene--oxy1 (R3), show distinctive changes in rotational correlation time rc and hyperfine splitting constants aN when included in β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) and 2-hydroxypropyl-β-CD in aqueous solution. Based on the EPR results, it is suggested that the steric factors and polarity of the functional groups affect the inclusion reaction.
