摘要:目的:优选当归补血汤的半仿生提取工艺。方法:仿制人工胃液和人工肠液作为提取溶剂,固定提取温度(37℃)和提取溶剂(人工胃肠液),采用均匀设计4因素5水平试验方案,以乙酰苯肼致小鼠血虚模型和限食加力竭致小鼠气虚模型为研究对象,筛选基于补血作用和补气作用的当归补血汤半仿生最佳提取工艺。结果:在提取温度(37℃)、提取溶剂(人工胃肠液)相同的情况下,当归补血汤半仿生提取最优工艺为第1次提取人工胃液用量8倍、第1次提取时间3.0h、第2次提取人工肠液用量7倍、第2次提取时间4.0h。结论:以药效学指标结合化学指标综合评价和优选的提取工艺,方法简便易行,较适用于生产实践。
Objective: To prefer Semi-bionic extraction method of Dangguibuxuetang. Methods: Artificial gastric juice and simulated intestinal fluid was imitated,and was identified as the extraction solvent. By using uniform design,Fixed extraction temperature( 37℃) and extraction solvent( artificial gastrointestinal fluid),4 factors and 5 levels of the test program was established,N- acetyl phenylhydrazine-induced blood deficiency model and lack of food and fatigue- induced Qi deficiency model were established to study the preferred Semi-bionic extraction method of Dangguibuxuetang. Results: The optimum extraction process of Semi-bionic extraction of Dangguibuxuetang as follows,the amount of artificial gastric juice was 8. 0 times as the number of medicines for first extraction,and extraction time 3. 0h; the amount of the artificial intestinal juice 7 times for second times extraction,and extraction time 4. 0h. Conclusions: Evaluating and preferring extraction process was scientific by pharmacodynamic index combined with chemical indicators,the method was more suitable for the production.
