摘要：石菖蒲挥发油是石菖蒲的有效成分,其中以β-细辛醚和α-细辛醚含量最高。现代药理学研究表明,石菖蒲挥发油通过抗氧化应激、调节神经递质、调控自噬及凋亡、改善炎症环境等机制在中枢神经系统、心血管系统、呼吸系统等疾病中发挥着重要的作用,应用前景广泛。本文对近20年国内外有关石菖蒲挥发油的研究报道进行归纳,从提取工艺、化学成分、药理研究、临床应用等方面对石菖蒲挥发油进行总结,以期为石菖蒲挥发油在医药领域的开发应用提供理论依据。
The volatile oil from Shichangpu(石菖蒲)has pharmacological effects,withβ-asarone andα-asarone being the most abundant constituents.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the volatile oil from Shichangpu plays a role in treating the diseases in the central nervous system,cardiovascular system,and respiratory system by regulating oxidative stress,neurotransmiters,autophagy,apoptosis,and inflammatory environment.This paper reviews the studies about the volatile oil from Shichangpu in the last two decades from the aspects of extraction methods,chemical constituents,pharmacological effects,and clinical application,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the development and application of volatile oil from Shichangpu in the pharmaceutical industry.
