摘要：目的对2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者应用中医治未病理论进行干预的方法及效果展开探究。方法选取社区102例T2DM患者为研究对象,根据入院先后顺序,将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组应用糖尿病一般管理模式,观察组则在中医治未病理论的基础上,展开全面干预,对两组患者的干预效果进行统计与分析。结果经过为期一年的随访,两组患者的血糖、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标均得到改善,且观察组患者的改善程度明显优于对照组,数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过对T2DM患者展开以中医治未病理论为基础的干预措施,可有效改善其血糖及血脂情况,值得临床推广及应用。
Objective Applications in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus（T2DM） heal disease theory to explore the method and the effect of intervention. Methods Choose 102 cases of T2 DM patients in community as the research object,according to the order in hospital, it can be divided into control group and observation group. Diabetes control applications are usually management mode, while the observation group in cure not ill theory, on the basis of a comprehensive intervention, intervention effect of two groups of patients with statistics and analysis. Results After a year of follow-up, the two groups of patients with blood glucose, total cholesterol, triglycerides, and other indicators are improved, and the improvement of observation group of patients was significantly better than control group, the differences between data with statistical significance（P 0.05）. Conclusion The T2 DM patients on the basis of the theory of cure not ill interventions, can effectively improve the blood glucose and blood lipid, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
