摘要：当前正在全面推进素质教育,辅导员是与学生接触最多的一线教育工作者之一,辅导员自身的素质,将直接影响到医学生的素质培养,同时,中医院校也肩负着培养祖国中医药事业接班人的重任,这对中医院校辅导员的素质提出了更高的要求。中医院校辅导员应具备以下素质:坚定的政治素质;科学的思想素质和行为示范;坚定的中医药事业信念;对学生给予充分的关爱和尊重。
