摘要:由于胎儿时期具有特殊的心脏结构,胎儿的心功能往往与胎儿宫内生长发育情况息息相关。胎儿肺循环阻力较高且体内只有动静脉混合血,心脏是控制胎儿全身血流的关键,在其他系统出现异常之前,心功能往往早已出现微妙的变化。因此,胎儿心功能可一定程度反映胎儿在宫内缺血、缺氧等情况。准确评估胎儿心功能,可以尽早发现不同疾病状态下胎儿心血管系统和血流动力学变化,有助于更好地了解疾病的病理生理机制,并在病情加重前及时干预,从而改善胎儿预后。由于胎儿所处环境的特殊性,超声与磁共振便是产前常用的非侵入性检查手段,本文围绕超声与磁共振在评价胎心的方法和实用性方面进行综述。
The fetal period has a special heart structure,and the fetal heart function is closely related to the growth and development of the fetus in the womb.Because the fetal pulmonary circulatory resistance is high,and there is only mixed blood of arterial and venous in the body,the fetal cardiac function can reflect the fetal ischemia and hypoxia to a certain extent.The fetal heart controls blood flow throughout the fetus,and subtle changes in cardiac function often occur long before other systems become abnormal.Accurate assessment of fetal cardiac function can detect changes in fetal cardiovascular system and hemodynamics in different disease states as early as possible,help to better understand the pathophysiological mechanism of the disease,and timely intervene before the disease aggravates,thereby improving the prognosis of the fetus.Due to the particularity of the environment in which the fetus is located,ultrasound and MRI are commonly used non-invasive prenatal examination methods.This article reviews the methods and practicability of ultrasound and MRI in evaluating fetal heart rate.
