摘要：目的 梳理、分析当前灸法治疗类风湿性关节炎(RA)的研究现状与热点,以期为今后的研究提供新的方向和思路。方法 计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、维普、万方数据库以及PubMed中近30年关于灸法治疗RA的相关文献,并采用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献的机构、作者、关键词等信息进行可视化分析。结果 本研究共纳入文献898篇,分析得到83位核心作者和5家主要研究机构。灸法治疗RA文献关键词共形成14个聚类,其中“艾灸疗法”“临床研究”“温针灸”“寒湿痹阻型”为高频关键词,“艾灸疗法”“温针灸”“佐剂性关节炎”“TNF-α”具有高中心度;近年突现关键词有“寒湿痹阻型”“艾条灸”等。结论 灸法治疗RA相关研究整体发展迅速,但临床研究较多,动物实验较少,对于灸法治疗RA的机制也尚未完全明确,今后可借助新技术对灸法治疗RA的机制进行深入研究。
Objective Sort and analyze the current research status and hot spots of moxibustion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),to provide new directions and ideas for future research.Methods The relevant literature of moxibustion in the treatment of RA in recent 30 years of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP,Wanfang Database and Pub Med were searched by computer,and the information such as institutions,authors and keywords included in the literature were visually analyzed by Cite Space software.Results A total of 898 literatures were contained,including 83 core authors and 5 major research institutions.The key words formed 14 clusters.The high-frequency keywords are "moxibustion therapy","clinical research","needle warming moxibustion" and "cold-dampness obstruction type";"moxibustion therapy","needle warming moxibustion","adjuvant arthritis" and "TNF-α" have high centrality.Conclusion The research on moxibustion in the treatment of RA have developed rapidly,but the clinical studies are many and the animal experiments are few.The mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of RA have not been completely clear.In the future,the mechanism of moxibustion in the treatment of RA can be deeply studied with the help of new technology.
