摘要：通过搜集古医籍及现代医家临床经验,总结出厚朴具有以下特点:1)用量多为3.7~110.4 g。2)根据疾病、证型、症状寻求最佳用量,如降气化痰治疗肺炎、肺心病、支气管炎、过敏性鼻炎、慢性咽炎,为10~41.4 g;破滞除满治疗腹胀便秘、腹痛、急性胰腺炎、消化道功能紊乱、胃及十二指肠溃疡、不完全性肠梗阻等,为10~110.4 g。3)根据疾病、证型及症状,配伍相应中药,如行气除满常配伍大黄、枳实、芒硝;降气化痰常配伍杏仁、麻黄等。
This paper collects ancient medical records and modern medical experience,Magnolia officinalis has the following characteristics:1)The dosage is 3.7-110.4 g.2)According to the di erence of diseases,type of syndrome and symptoms,we choose the best dosage.For instance,when treating pneumonia,pulmonary heart disease,bronchitis,allergic rhinitis,chronic pharyngitis using its directing qi downward and dissolving phlegm,its dosage is 10-41.1 g.When treating abdominal distention and constipation,abdominal pain,acute pancreatitis,gastrointestinal dysfunction,gastric and duodenal ulcer,incomplete intestinal obstruction disease using its breaking the delay and removing the full,its dosage is 10-110.4 g.3)When treating diseases,syndromes type and symptoms,it matches with di erent herbs.For example,it often compatibles with rhubarb,bitter orange,mirabilite using its moving qi and removing the full;it often compatibles with almond,ephedra using its directing qi downward and dissolving phlegm.
