摘要：目的研究露蕊乌头的镇痛抗炎活性及对大鼠骨关节炎的治疗作用。方法采用二甲苯致小鼠耳肿胀实验考察露蕊乌头对急性炎症的作用;采用冰醋酸致小鼠扭体实验考察其镇痛作用;采用大鼠骨关节炎模型,通过观察病理切片及测定大鼠血清中炎症因子IL-6、PGE2和NO的变化观察其对骨关节炎的治疗作用。结果露蕊乌头对小鼠耳肿胀及扭体均有抑制作用,同时用药后大鼠骨关节炎病理切片明显改观,血清中的炎症因子水平显著下降。结论露蕊乌头具有明显的镇痛抗炎和治疗大鼠骨关节炎的作用,为开发利用露蕊乌头及其临床用药提供了实验基础。
Objective To study the anti-inflammatory,analgesic activity and therapeutic effect of Aconitum gymnandrumagainst osteoarthritis in rats.Methods The anti-inflammatory activity was investigated via ear swelling test induced by xylene.Twisting reaction test was induced by acetic acid the analgesic action was investigated.The therapeutic effect against osteoarthritis was studied by observing the improvement of pathological sections and determinating the change of inflammatory cytokines IL-6,PGE2 and NO in the serum of the osteoarthritis rat model.Results Aconitum gymnandrum had strong inhibitory effect on mouse ear swelling and twisting reactions.Meanwhile,the pathological sections of osteoarthritis of rats changed obviously,and the level of inflammatory factors in serum decreased significantly after infused medicine.Conclusion Aconitum gymnandrum has obvious analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity on osteoarthritis of rats.
