摘要:信息技术在现代医学的发展中地位突出,系统设置医学专业信息技术类课程,对于培养高层次复合型的现代医人才至关重要。从医学专业信息技术类课程教学所存在的主要问题入手,在深入分析国内15所高校临床医学专业、10所高校医学信息工程专业信息技术类课程设置的基础上,结合美国两所高校医学专业课程设置特点,提出“门类+内容”+“必修+任选”的课程设置方式,对医学专业本科与研究生阶段信息技术类课程进行系统化设置。引入信息化教学手段,提出适合新课程设置的“协同学习+多元考核”的开放式教学模式,构建医学专业信息技术类课程与医学专业协调发展的关系,促进医学教育质量的提升。
Information technology plays a prominent role in the development of modern medicine.It is very important to set up medical professional information technology courses in a systematic way to cultivate high-level modern medical students.The teaching problems are analyzed in clinical medicine specialty of 15 domestic colleges and universities and in setting of information technology courses in specialty of medical information engineering of 10 colleges and universities.On the base of combining the characteristics of medical course setting in 2 USA universities,the course setting way of“category+content”+“required course+optional course”are put forward to design systematically the information technology courses for undergraduates and postgraduates in medical specialties.The teaching means of information technology are introduced,an open teaching mode of“collaborative learning+multivariate evaluation”suitable for new course setting is proposed,relationship between medical professional information technology courses and medical specialties is analyzed,and quality of medical education is improved.
