摘要:基于"传承-实践-拓展"三位一体的思路,探索与构建了以中医经典理论和知识传承为核心,以伤寒论选读、金匮要略讲义、温病学等中医临床经典必修课程为主,经典临床运用类选修课为辅,专题讲座为补充的中医临床经典课程教学体系,强调前期讲座引导,中期加强实践、丰富教学内涵,后期对学习进行追踪有机结合,在教学安排上,从诵读到领悟、从典籍到临证、从认知到思辨、从医理到临床,将中医经典理论教学与实践教学有机融合并贯穿5年人才培养始终。并在运行与实践中,对本教学体系进行评价,认为取得了良好的教学效果。下一步拟就已执行教学方法进行科学评估,并在工作中进一步改进和推广。
On the basis of experience inheritance, clinical practice, and knowledge extension of distinguished veteran doctors of TCM, this research explored and constructed a teaching system by taking TCM classical theories and knowledge inheritance as the core, taking TCM clinical compulsory courses such as selected readings of the Treatise on Febrile Diseases, handouts of the Synopsis of Golden Chamber, and doctrine of febrile diseases as the main teaching content, complemented by optional courses of clinical applic~'~tion of TCM classics and some seminars. The teaching system was characterized by guiding lecture in the earlier stage, practice in the mid-term, follow-up study in the later period. Teaching arrangement emphasized that theoretical teaching should be closely connected with clinical practice teaching through the 5 years of talent cultivation, including all processes from chanting to comprehending, from ancient books to real syndrome differentiation, from knowledge to analysis, from medical theories to clinical practice. The teaching system was evaluated with good teaching effect. It is hoped that this system can be further applied in teaching practice.
