摘要：虚拟财产,就是指在网络环境下的数字化、非物化的财产形式.同时又具备现实性价值属性、实用性价值的内涵,由于受到技术限制,网络虚拟财产无法脱离网络平台而独立存在,虚拟财产往往更具有被侵犯的脆弱性特点.在此基础上,我们又把虚拟财富分为公共虚拟财产和个人虚拟财产.公共虚拟财产主要指一个国家、社会、民族或公司在文化、信誉、域名等方面的价值增加值.个人虚拟财富主要表现在公民个人信息、公民的隐私信息、公民的知识产权信息和网络游戏币、游戏装备等虚拟财产等方面.只有弄清楚这些虚拟财产的性质和种类,才能更好的依法建设、保护这些虚拟财富.
Virtual property, refers to the form of property under the digital network environment and non-materialized. But also have the connotations of the property realistic value and practical value. due to technical limitations, network virtual property can not exist independently from the network platform, virtual property is more fragile characteristics of invasion, on this basis, we divide the virtual wealth into public virtual property and personal virtual property again. Public virtual property mainly refers to the added value of a state, society, nation, or the company culture, reputation, domain names and other aspects of value. Personal virtual wealth mainly show in the personal information of citizens, citizens' private information, citizens' intellectual property information, network game currency, game equipment, other virtual property, and other aspects. Only to find out the nature and type of these virtual property. We can construct and protect them better according to the law.
