摘要：目的基于文献探讨慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)蛋白尿的中医用药规律。方法以中国期刊全文数据库为检索库,检索年限为1980-2009年,对有关中医药治疗CGN文献进行检索。建立CGN蛋白尿中医用药文献研究数据库,采用SPSS 11.5软件统计描述。结果共检索得到有关文献105篇,其中中药共计163味,使用频次1 996次;所用药物种类依次为补益药、利水渗湿药、清热药、活血祛瘀药、收涩药,占总体用药的80.02%;其中药味以甘、苦、辛为主,累积频率达86.08%;药性以寒、温、平为主,累积频率达96.92%;归经以肝、肾、脾、肺、心、胃为主,累积频率达86.31%。结论本病病机为本虚标实,脾虚、肾虚为本,湿热和瘀血为标。临床以补益药、利水渗湿药、清热药、活血化瘀药、收涩药等中药运用为主。
Objective To explore the rule of Chinese medicine in treating chronic glomerulonephritis （CGN） proteinuria on the base of literature. Method Retrieve CNKI and establish Chinese medicine literature research database about CGN treatment of proteinuria. SPSSli.5 statistical software was used to give statistical description. Results The general amount of traditional Chinese medicine treating CGN proteinuria sums 163 kinds, using frequency equals 1 996 times. According to using frequency, the medicines is sorted into Buyi medicine, Lishulshenshi medicine, Qingre Huoxuehuayu medicine, Shouse medicine in tum, accounted for 80.02% totally. Among them, sweet, bitter, hot are the main flavours, cumulative frequency reaches 86.08%. Cold, warm, fiat are the main properties, cumulative frequency reaches 96.92%. Liver, kidney, spleen, lung, heart and stomach are the main channel tropism, cumulative frequency reaches 86.31%. Conclusion The disease pathogenesis is essential empty and out solid, empty of spleen and kidney is reason, hot-humid and blood stasis is outer phenomenon. Clinical therapy with Buyi medicine, Lishulshenshi medicine, Qingre Huoxuehuayu medicine, Shouse medicine is commonly used.
