摘要：目的了解近十年关节置换术后护理研究热点及前沿动态,梳理知识结构,为提高关节置换术后护理服务质量提供借鉴和参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)关节置换术后护理的相关文献,采用CiteSpace 5.8软件生成作者、机构和关键词的可视化分析图谱,并通过突现检测识别前沿领域和热门话题。结果共纳入1794篇文献,年发文量呈较高水平。可视化图谱显示,发文量最多的作者为王颖、代极静和张艳(各3篇);发文量最多的机构为厦门大学附属第一医院(6篇);联系较为紧密的团队为詹文英团队和崔霞团队,机构间未形成合作网络;关键词共现图谱共有292个节点、587条连线,其中15个关键词出现≥27次;延续至今的突现词有快速康复、生活质量、关节功能、并发症。结论关节置换患者的术后护理虽是临床关注的重点,但此研究领域的作者和机构间鲜有合作。建议加强多机构、多中心的协作交流,结合研究热点扩大研究广度与深度,以期提高关节置换术后护理服务质量。
Objective To understand the hotspots and cutting-edge trends in nursing after joint replacement in the past decade,sort out the knowledge structure,and provide reference for improving the quality of nursing service after joint replacement.Methods Relevant papers of CNKI on nursing after joint replacement were retrieved,CiteSpace 5.8 software was adopted to generate a visual analysis atlas of authors,institutions and keywords,and the frontier fields and hot topics were identified by burst detection.Results A total of 1794 papers were included,and the annual volume of papers published was at a high level.The visual atlas showed that the authors with the largest number of published papers were WANG Ying,DAI Jijing and ZHANG Yan(3 papers each);the institution with the largest number of published papers was the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University(6 papers);the teams with relatively close ties were ZHAN Wenying’s team and CUI Xia’s team,and no cooperation network was formed between the institutions.There was a total of 292 nodes and 587 links in the keyword co-occurrence map,among which 15 keywords appeared≥27 times.Burst words continuing till now included rapid rehabilitation,quality of life,joint function,and complications.Conclusion Postoperative nursing for patients with joint replacement has been the focus of clinical attention,but there is little cooperation between the authors and institutions in this research field.It is recommended that multi-institutional and multi-center cooperation and communication be strengthened,and the breadth and depth of research be expanded in combination with research hotspots,in order to improve the quality of nursing service after joint replacement.
