摘要:目的:通过对线叶龙胆的生药鉴定学研究,为不同产地线叶龙胆的生药鉴别与开发利用提供理论依据。方法:对线叶龙胆进行植物来源鉴定、药材性状鉴定、显微鉴别、理化鉴定。结果:不同产地供试药材均为同一种植物线叶龙胆,其药材性状无明显差别;全草粉末中均含有念珠状增厚的表皮细胞、非腺毛、花瓣乳头状细胞、花粉粒和花柱碎片;叶(花)表皮细胞多为矩形,排列整齐规则;经薄层色谱检测,药材提取物供试品与对照品在相同的位置上,显出相同颜色的荧光斑点。结论:不同产地线叶龙胆药材无明显差异,其粉末显微特征无明显差异,通过薄层色谱分析可知,不同产地的线叶龙胆中均含有龙胆苦苷、獐牙菜苦苷。
Objective: To provide theoretical evidence for pharmacognosy and development of narrowleaf gentian from different habitats through identifying pharmacognosy of narrowleaf gentian.Method: Origins,medicinal properties,microscopic identification,physical and chemical identification of narrowleaf gentian were distinguished. Result: Different samples are of narrowleaf gentian and there is no obvious difference;there are moniliform thickening epidermic cells,non-glandular hair,petals papillary cells,pollen grain and stylus bits in the powder of whole narrowleaf gentian;rectangular epidermic cells are found in the leaf and they lay orderly and regularly;fluorescent speckles in the same color are found in the same place of test samples and control ones tested with thin layer chromatography.Conclusion: Narrowleaf gentian from different habitats and microscopic features of the powder suggest no remarkable difference.The results of thin layer chromatography demonstrate narrowleaf gentian from different habitats contain gentiopicrin and swertiamain.
