摘要:利用不同外源激素处理野生黑果枸杞种子,记录其萌发状况,探索不同浓度激素处理对野生黑果枸杞种子萌发的影响。结果表明,当GA3浓度为200mg/L、6-BA浓度为150mg/L、2,4-D浓度为250mg/L时对野生黑果枸杞种子的萌发均具有极其显著的促进作用。
The hormone treatment of wild Lycium ruthenicum seeds by different exogenous, record the germination status, to explore the effects of different hormone concentration on Germination of wild Lycium ruthenicum seeds. The results showed that when the GA3 concentration is 200mg/L, the concentration of 6-BA was 150mg/L, 2,4-D concentration of 250mg/L on the germination of wild Lycium ruthenicum seeds are and promote significant effect.
