摘要：粗茎秦艽Gentiana crassicaulis Duthie ex Burk.为龙胆科龙胆属多年生草本植物,是《中国药典》载传统中、藏药材"秦艽"的基原植物之一,以根入药,历史悠久,具有祛风湿、止痹痛、清湿热的功效,目前野生资源濒危。为有效地保护利用该中药资源,采用文献分析的研究方法,综述了国内学者近10年来对粗茎秦艽生物形态学、解剖学、生药学、分子生物学、化学成分、药理作用以及栽培种植等领域的研究成果,并对相关领域的研究做了进一步展望,为开展相关研究提供信息参考。
G. crasicaulis Duthie ex Burk., as a perennial herb which belongs to Gentianaceae family, is one of the fi）ur primordial plants of its family which is prescribed by Pharmacopoeia in China. Its root can be used as medicinal materials, which has a good treatment effect in rheumatism, pain and fever cured. To effectively protect this endangered wild resources, we used literature analysis in this paper, the achievements of biology, anatomy, molecular biology, chemical composition, pharmacological effect and cultivation in the last ten years were summarized, the further research in related fields were forecasted, which can prnvide the information reference for carrying out relevant research.
