摘要：目的检测甘肃不同产区党参种子质量,初步建立党参种子质量分级标准。方法参照《农作物种子检验规程》(GB/T 3543.2—1995),以甘肃不同产地57份党参种子作为试验材料,测定党参种子净度、千粒重、含水量和发芽率等指标,采用K-均值聚类分析进行分级。结果确定发芽率、千粒重、净度、含水量为党参种子质量分级指标,将党参种子分为3级。Ⅰ级种子发芽率≥75%,千粒重≥0.320 g,净度≥75%;Ⅱ级种子发芽率≥60%,千粒重≥0.300 g,净度≥60%;Ⅲ级种子发芽率≥40%,千粒重≥0.280 g,净度≥40%;各级种子含水量均≤5.0%。低于Ⅲ级种子质量标准的为不合格种子。结论初步建立了甘肃产党参种子质量分级标准,为甘肃产党参种子选育和质量控制提供参考。
Objective To detect the seed quality of Codonopsis pilosula from different producing areas in Gansu Province and to preliminarily establish the quality grading standard thereof. Methods Referring to Rules for Agricultural Seed Testing( GB/T 3543.2—1995),57 Codonopsis pilosula seeds from different producing areas in Gansu Province were used as testing materials to determine the marks,namely seed clarity,thousand seed weight,water content and germination rate of Codonopsis pilosula seeds. K-means cluster analysis was used for grading. Results The seeds were divided into 3 grades according to germination rate,thousand seed weight,clarity and water content which were determined as the seed quality grading marks of Codonopsis pilosula. The germination rate of grade Ⅰseeds was not lower than 75%,thousand seeds weight was not lower than 0.320 g,and clarity was not lower than75%;The germination rate of grade Ⅱ seeds was not lower than 60%,the thousand seeds weight was not lower than0.300 g,and the clarity was not lower than 60%;The germination rate of gradeⅢseeds was not lower than 40%,the thousand seeds weight was not lower than 0.280 g,and the clarity was not lower than 40%;The water content of seeds at all grades shall not exceed 5.0%. The unqualified seeds are those that are lower than the gradeⅢseed quality standard. Conclusion The seed quality grading standard of Codonopsis pilosula in Gansu Province has been preliminarily established,which provides references for seed selection and breeding and quality control of Codonopsis pilosula.
