摘要:目的观察脾虚证进程中小鼠特异性/非特异性免疫功能的变化及中药敦煌大宝胶囊对其免疫功能的影响。方法受试动物随机分为空白对照组、模型组、敦煌大宝胶囊大、中、小治疗组,阳性对照组,每组8只。建立脾虚证小鼠模型,中药干预后观测各组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数;ConA,LPS诱导的T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应及NK细胞活性等指标。结果脾虚证进程中小鼠特异性/非特异性免疫功能低下(P<0.05)。经中药干预后,与模型组比较,敦煌大宝胶囊治疗组小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬率和吞噬指数;ConA,LPS诱导的T、B淋巴细胞增殖反应及NK细胞活性显著升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脾虚证进程中小鼠特异性/非特异性免疫功能低下,敦煌大宝胶囊对脾虚证小鼠免疫功能紊乱具有明显改善作用。
Objective To investigate the variation of the specific and non-specific immune function of mice with spleen deficiency and effect of Chinese medicine on them.Methods Mice were randomly divided into control,model,different dose of dunhuangdabao(DHDB) and positive control groups,8 mice in each group.Animal model of spleen deficiency was established.Effect of DHDB on the phagocytosis ratio of macrophage and phagocytosis index,T and B lymphocytes proliferation induced by ConA or LPS and NK cell activity were detected.Results The specific and non-specific immune function of mice with spleen deficiency was low.Compared with model group,DHDB could increase the phagocytosis ratio of macrophage and phagocytosis index,T and B lymphocytes proliferation and NK cell activity(P0.05) significantly.Conclusions DHDB can markedly improve part of the specific and non-specific immune in mice with spleen deficiency.
