摘要:为了减少高校实验室废弃物对环境的污染,强化学生环保意识和资源节约意识,培养其科学精神和科学素养及良好职业素养,训练其实践操作能力。作者指导学生收集NaCl含量测定学生实验的含银废液,并采用三种方法回收处理,结果三种方法银回收率高达91.49%及以上,所得AgNO3的含量高达99.76%及以上,完全符合容量分析标准,纯度高,杂质含量低。故三种方法都可以作为实验室含银废液处理的方法。但相较而言,AgCl水合肼直接提银法步骤最少,银回收率和所得AgNO3纯度最高,故可首选,其次选AgCl氨浸提-抗坏血酸还原法,再次选AgCl氨浸提-金属锌还原法。单质Ag转化成AgNO3时选稀硝酸作为溶剂和氧化剂更好。经近三年实践应用,回收了大量银,既经济又环保,实验药品使用率提高,实验经费降低,学生树立起了牢固的环保意识和坚定的节约信念,为高校化学实验室含银废液回收再利用提供理论依据和技术指导,并为回收利用实验废液中其它化学成份提供有价值的参考。
In order to reduce the environmental pollution of laboratory wastes in colleges and universities,strengthen students ’ awareness of environmental protection and resource conservation,cultivate their scientific spirit and quality and good professionalism,and train their practical operation abilities,this study guides students to collect the silver content of the student’s experimental silver-containing waste liquid and recovers it by three methods. The recovery rate of the three silver is as high as 91.49% and above,and the content of AgNO3 is as high as 99.76% and above. The purity is high,and the impurity content is low,fully in line with capacity analysis standards. Therefore,all three methods can be used as a method for treating silver-containing waste liquid in laboratories. However,the silver chloride direct hydration and silver extraction method has the least steps,the silver recovery rate and the obtained AgNO3 have the highest purity,so it can be preferred. Secondly,the AgCl ammonia extraction-ascorbic acid reduction method is selected,and the AgCl ammonia extraction-metal zinc reduction is again selected. law. It is better to select dilute nitric acid as a solvent and an oxidant when converting Ag to AgNO3. After nearly three years of practical application,a large amount of silver has been recovered,which is economical and environmentally friendly,the use rate of experimental drugs is increased,and the experimental funds are reduced. The students have established a strong environmental awareness and firm belief in saving,and they are the silver-containing waste liquid for the university chemical laboratory. Recycling provides theoretical basis and technical guidance and provides a valuable reference for recycling other chemical components in experimental waste.
