摘要:目的观察红芪多糖(HPS)对2型糖尿病(T2DM)大鼠胰岛素抵抗的治疗作用。方法采用高热量饲料加低剂量注射链脲佐菌素(STZ)造模,分别予二甲双胍及HPS进行干预,测定干预后血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素(Ins)、C肽(CP)、游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平,计算胰岛素敏感指数(ISI)。结果HPS可降低高热量饲料加STZ所致T2DM大鼠FPG,增加ISI,降低Ins及CP分泌,抑制FFA的产生。结论HPS可通过多途径多环节减轻糖尿病模型大鼠的胰岛素抵抗。
Objective To investigate the effect of Hedysarum Polybotys saccharide (HPS) on insulin resistance rats. Metheds The model of type 2 diabetic-insulin resistance rat was successfully made by STZ and high caloric diet. Then the rats were intervene by Metformin (MT) and HPS. Results Compared with the model group, the level of blood glucose, INS and CP were lowered, ISI were improved and FFA were restrained by HPS. Conclusions HPS can reduce the insulin resistance in multiple ways.
