摘要：肌少症是一种进展性和全身性的骨骼肌量丢失和肌力下降,导致失能、生活质量下降和死亡的不良结局风险的综合征。肌少症性吞咽障碍是指因骨骼肌肉和吞咽肌肉容量及功能下降而引起的吞咽障碍,会导致营养不良、吸入性肺炎、脱水,严重时甚至会致人死亡。随着社会逐渐步入老龄化,与年龄有关的吞咽障碍的患病率持续上升,其中肌少症性吞咽障碍作为一个主要类型,已经变成了老年群体中的健康难题。温针灸结合针刺与艾灸,通补兼施,气血双调,在治疗肌少症性吞咽障碍方面有着良好前景。本文归纳总结了肌少症性吞咽障碍的概念、病因病机、临床表现以及治疗方案,以期为温针灸治疗肌少症性吞咽障碍提供一定参考。
Sarcopenia is a syndrome of progressive and systemic loss of skeletal muscle mass and decreased muscle strength,resulting in an adverse outcome risk of disability,reduced quality of life,and death.Sarcopenic dysphagia refers to dysphagia caused by decreased capacity and function of the skeletal muscles and swallowing muscles,which can lead to malnutrition,aspiration pneumonia,dehydration,and even death in severe cases.With the gradual aging of society,the prevalence of age-related dysphagia continues to rise,among which sarcopenic dysphagia,as a major type,has become a health problem in the elderly population.Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with needle acupuncture and moxibustion,combination of dredging and tonifying,Qi-blood dual regulation,has a good prospect in the treatment of sarcopenic dysphagia.This paper summarizes the concept,etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations and treatment of sarcopenic dysphagia,in order to provide some reference for warm acupuncture treatment of sarcopenic dysphagia.
