摘要：周围神经病变是化疗后经常出现的毒副反应,对患者健康以及生活质量造成较大影响。针灸治疗化疗所致的周围神经病变的相关研究较多,有效性已在诸多临床研究中得到证实。收集近10年来治疗化疗所致的周围神经病变的临床研究文献,主要从国内外对该病的治疗手段以及两者之间的差异方面展开论述。结果表明,相较于单纯的药物治疗,针刺、温针灸、电针疗法等中医疗法有利于激发患者自身的调节机能,提高内源性激素水平,改善临床症状,值得深入研究。
Chemotherapy induced peripheral neuropathy(CIPN)is one of the common adverse reaction of Chemotherapy drugs,seriously affect the patient’s health and quality of life,is about the effectiveness of acupuncture treatment of CIPN has been certified in many clinical studies.This paper collects clinical research literature on the treatment of CIPN in the past 10 years,and mainly discusses the domestic and foreign treatment methods for CIPN and the comparison between them.The results show that,compared with drug therapy alone,acupuncture,warm acupuncture,electroacupuncture and other therapies are beneficial to stimulate patients’own regulation function,improve endogenous hormone levels,improve clinical symptoms and other effects,and provide basis for further research and clinical practice.
