摘要：产后抑郁症是孕妇分娩后产生的一种不良的情绪障碍,是产妇最常见的心理异常疾病,是多方面因素共同作用的结果,对母体和婴儿的身心健康有着一定的危害性。随着经济的快速发展,心理疾病逐渐得到人们的重视,且母婴的身心健康更是现代心理学研究的重点,因此,寻找更加安全有效的方法来预防与治疗产后抑郁症是今后的重点研究方向,医护人员必须提高专业水平,做到对产后抑郁患者的及时发现,并尽早对患者进行包括心理护理、健康教育等针对性的干预,从源头上防止产后抑郁的发生。本研究旨在通过对产后抑郁症患者的护理干预策略进行综述,以降低产后抑郁症的发病率,提高母婴身心健康,为临床护理实践提供建议,也为产后抑郁症患者的临床治疗和护理提供充分的依据。
Postpartum depression is a kind of unhealthy emotional disorder occurring after delivery of pregnant women,which is the most common mental disorder of puerpera.It is the result of the joint action of many factors and has certain harm to the physical and mental health of mothers and infants.With the rapid development of the economy,mental illness has gradually gained people’s attention,and the physical and mental health of mothers and infants has become the focus of modern psychology research.Therefore,the key research direction in the future is to find safer and more effective methods to prevent and treat postpartum depression.Medical staff must improve their professional level to detect patients with postpartum depression in time,and carry out targeted interventions including psychological care and health education for patients as soon as possible,in order to prevent the occurrence of postpartum depression at the source.This study aims to review the nursing intervention strategies for patients with postpartum depression,so as to reduce the incidence of postpartum depression,improve the physical and mental health of mothers and infants,as well as provide suggestions for clinical nursing practice and sufficient basis for the clinical treatment and care of patients with postpartum depression.
