摘要:目的建立藏药熏倒牛中木犀草素及槲皮素的含量测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法,以SB-C18为填充剂,甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(48∶52)为流动相,检测波长为350 nm,建立了一种可同时测定藏药熏倒牛药材中木犀草素与槲皮素含量的方法。结果木犀草素回归方程为Y=8.97×107X+1.06×105(R=0.999 9,n=5),线性范围为6.0836.48μg/m L,平均加样回收率为97.69%,RSD为1.56%;槲皮素回归方程为Y=6.91×107X+7.77×103(R=0.999 8,n=5),线性范围为2.5619.2μg/m L,平均加样回收率为98.31%,RSD为1.41%。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于同时测定熏倒牛中木犀草素、槲皮素的含量及药材质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of luteolin and quercetin in Biebersteinia heterostemon Maxim.( traditional Tibetan medicine). Methods The content of luteolin and quercetin in Biebersteinia h eterostemon Maxim. was determined by RP-HPLC. The mobile phase was methanol: phosphoric acid solution( 0.4%) at 48 ∶ 52,and UV detection wavelength was set at 350 nm. A method was established for simultaneously determining the content of luteolin and quercetin in Biebersteinia heterostemon Maxim.. Results The equation of l inear regression of luteolin was Y = 8.97×10~7X +1.06×10~5( R=0.999 9,n=5),the linear range was 6.08 to 3 6.48 μg/m L,the average sample recovery rate was 97.69%,RSD was 1.56%. The equation of linear regression of quercetin was Y =6.91×10~7X +7.77×10~3( R=0.999 8,n=5),the linear range was 2.56 to 19.2 μg/m L. The ave-rage sample recovery rate was 98.31%,RSD was 1.41%. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,which can determine the content of luteolin and quercetin in Biebersteinia heterostemon Maxim. simultaneously and control medicinal materials quality.
