摘要:目的:观察温通针法对慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β含量的影响,探讨温通针法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎的作用机理。方法:将60只Wistar雄性大鼠,采用25%消痔灵注射液0.2 m L(每单侧叶注射0.1 m L)注入前列腺背侧叶,造成慢性非细菌性前列腺炎大鼠动物模型。造模后随机分成模型组、药物组、平补平泻组和温通针法4组,每组15只。模型组不予任何刺激,药物组给予前列康灌胃,平补平泻组和温通针法组均取关元、曲骨、行间,平补平泻组行平补平泻手法,温通针法组行温通针法,三治疗组均是每日治疗1次,共治15次,最后观察各组大鼠血清中TNF-α、IL-1β的水平。结果:温通针法组较平补平泻组和药物组能明显降低大鼠血清中的TNF-α(P均<0.01);温通针法组较药物组能明显降低大鼠血清中的IL-1β(P<0.01),与平补平泻组相比无统计学意义。结论:温通针法治疗慢性非细菌性前列腺炎疗效显著,效果独特,其机理与降低TNF-α、IL-1β含量,减轻前列腺组织内炎细胞浸润和炎症反应,具有抗炎和调节局部免疫反应的作用有关。
Objective: To study the influence of using warming- promotion needling to on TNF- α and IL- 1β of chronic nonbacterial prostatitis rats and to explore the mechanism of using warming- promotion needling in treating the chronic nonbacterial prostatitis. Methods: The animal model was created by injecting 25% Xiaozhiling Injection into the mice's the prostatic back of both sides with 60 male Wistar rats. After establishing the model,rats were randomly divided into four groups: model group,drug group,Pingbu Pingxie group and warming- promotion needling group. Each group had 15 rats. The model group were given no stimulus. The drug group was given top lavage by using Qianliekang. Guanyuan( RN4),Qugu( RN2) and Xingjian( LR2) were used in Pingbu Pingxie group( acupunctured by Pingbu Pingxie method)and warming- promotion needling group( acupunctured by warming- promotion method). The 3 treatment groups were treated once a day,a total of 15 times. The TNF- α and IL- 1β in rat's serum were observed. Results: In contrast to the drug group and the Pingbu Pingxie group,the warming- promotion needling group could decrease the TNF- α level obviously( all P≤0. 01). In contrast to the drug group,the warming- promotion needling group could decrease the IL- 1βlevel obviously( P 〈0. 01) and there was no statistical significance betwen the warming- promotion needling group and the Pingbu Pingxie group. Conclusion: The mechanism of warming- promotion needling to treat the chronic non- bacterial prostatitis is relevant to reducing the TNF- α and IL- 1β contents,reducing the prostate tissue inflammatory cells infiltration and inflammatory response,with anti- inflammatory and adjusting the local immune response functions.
