摘要：本文联系危重症患者胃肠功能障碍病理机制及胃肠保护的地位,追溯中医胃气的概念及中医"保胃气"渊源,提出保胃气是从整体出发制定的急救措施,进一步指出胃气复,脾胃气机升降协调是疾病好转的前提;保胃气有助于恢复胃肠动力、有助于危重病患者的营养支持及药效发挥。
Analyzing pathological mechanism of gastrointestinal function disturbance and the status of gastrointestinal protection in critically ill patients, as well as the concept of stomach--Qi of TCM and its theoretical origin, this article propo ses that protecting stomach--Qi is the emergency measures from concept of wholism. It indicates, that recovery of the stomach--Qi and coordination of the ascending and descending of the functional activities of Qi can be the precondition of the disease improvement, furthermore, protecting stomach--Qi will be helpful to the recovery of gastrointestinal motility and nutritional support and medicine efficacy on patients with critical illness.
