摘要:为了进一步挖掘传统中药的活性成分,对报春花科植物甘青报春(Primula tangutica)的化学成分进行了分离及结构分析。利用柱层层析、制备薄层层析等分离手段分离得到4种化合物,并利用核磁共振波谱,高分辨质谱等,同时结合相关文献数据及理化数据分析,初步对所得化合物的结构进行了鉴定,4种化合物分别为4-羟基苯甲酸、槲皮素、山奈酚和萜类化合物。
The study of extraction, separation and structure analysis on chemical compounds of Primula tangutica has been conducted todevelop traditional medicine of China in the future. Using the techniques of separation contain column chromatography (CC), preparativethin layer chromatography (PTLC) and recrystallization, through the results of H-Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (1H-NMR), C-NuclearMagnetic Resonance (13C-NMR), High Resolution Mass Spectrum (HRMS), and combined with literature data, physicochemical data, weprovided the reasonable structures of the separated compounds. Four kinds of chemical compounds were identified as 4-hydroxy benzoicacid, quercetin, rhizoma kaempferiae phenol and terpenoids respectively.
