摘要：高血压病是临床最常见的心血管疾病之一,中医学多从肝、肾、脾及气血等方面辨治,收到较好临床疗效,其现代科学内涵仍需进一步阐明。近年研究发现,肠道菌群与宿主血压明显相关,又与中医肝气疏泄功能关系密切,因此“肝-肠-菌”轴有可能成为高血压病调控的新途径。本文基于“肝与大肠相通”理论,以肠道菌群为切入点,就肝-肠-菌-高血压病的相关性展开论述,以期为高血压病从肝论治提供理论参考。
Hypertension is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases in clinic.TCM mostly treats it from the aspects of liver,kidney,spleen,and qi and blood,and often receives good clinical efficacy.But its modern scientific connotation still needs to be further elucidated.In recent years,it has been found that the intestinal flora is obviously related to the host’s blood pressure and closely related to the function of dispersing liver-qi in TCM,so the“liver-intestine-bacteria”axis may become a new way to regulate hypertension.Based on the theory of“connection between liver and large intestine”,this article discussed the correlation between liver-intestine-bacteria-hypertension with intestinal flora as the starting point,in order to provide some theoretical reference for the treatment of hypertension from liver.
