摘要：目的观察推拿配合点刺放血治疗小儿外感发热的临床疗效。方法采用小儿推拿法配合大椎、双侧少商点刺放血治疗小儿外感发热66例,治疗每日1次,2次无效后即改为其他治疗方法。结果痊愈36例,显效14例,有效10例,无效6例,总有效率90.9%。结论推拿配合点刺放血治疗小儿外感发热疗效确切,且操作简单,起效较快,值得在临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of massage and pricking out blood in treating pediatric exogenous fever. Methods Pediatric massage and Dazhui, bilateral Shaoshang pricking out blood therapy were used in treating 66 cases pediatric exogenous fever, 1 time per day. If the method was invalid after the second time, then other treatment should be applied. Results 36 cases were cured, 14 cases markedly effective, 10 ca- ses effective, 6 cases ineffective, the total efficiency was 90.9%. Conclusion Massage combined with pricking out blood therapy in treating pediatric exogenous fever can get exact effect with simple operation, fast acting and is worth clinical application.
