摘要：通过分析脉痹的临床表现,阐明其病位在脉,其病机主要在于瘀阻不通,强调从瘀论治,以活血通脉为治疗大法,结合辨证进行治疗。
Through analysing the clinical expression of the rheumatism with the blood vessels involved, expounded that it's place of illness is in blood vessel and it's pathogenesis is block of blood mainly. Stressed treating from the angle of blood stasis. Promoting blood and dredging pulse was regarded as the principle of treatment. The author linked the differentiation of symptoms and signs to treat and explained the use through examples.
