摘要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是一种由多因素导致的临床慢性代谢性骨病。随着我国人口老龄化的加重,其防治已成为现代医学的重中之重。目前,随着分子生物学的进一步发展,肠道微生态与骨质疏松症关系的研究俨然已成为骨科学界的热点议题之一。而中医学素有"肺与大肠相表里"之经典理论之说,文章将基于中医学"肺与大肠相表里"的经典理论去浅述肠道微生态与骨质疏松症之间的联系,以期对中医药防治骨质疏松症提供理论依据。
Osteoporosis(OP) is a clinical chronic metabolic bone disease caused by multiple factors. With the aggravation of population aging in China, its prevention and treatment has become the most important part of modern medicine. At present, with the further development of molecular biology, the relationship between intestinal microecology and osteoporosis has become one of the hot topics in orthopaedics. Traditional Chinese medicine has always been the classical theory of "the lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly related". Therefore, based on the classical theory of "the lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly related" in traditional Chinese medicine, the author will discuss the relationship between intestinal microecology and osteoporosis, in order to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis in traditional Chinese medicine.
