摘要：目的基于中医文献分析并总结冠心病心绞痛的用药规律,以指导临床治疗。方法以中医文献中筛选出的治疗冠心病心绞痛的中药复方建立数据库,采用频次分析方法,探究中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的用药规律。结果治疗冠心病心绞痛用药前四位中以活血化瘀药使用频率最高,然后依次为补气药、理气药和化痰止咳平喘药,且活血化瘀药中以丹参最为常用,补气药中以炙甘草最为常用,理气药中以薤白最为常用,化痰止咳平喘药中则以瓜蒌最为常用。此外,对治疗冠心病心绞痛所用中药进行聚类分析后,将其聚为12类组药,且各组药均有所对应的适应证。结论中医治疗冠心病心绞痛的用药规律为重用活血化瘀、补气、理气、化痰止咳平喘药,丹参、炙甘草、薤白、瓜蒌为常用药物;用药方面,多以含有2种或2种以上的组药进行治疗。
Objective To analyze and summarize the clinical medication rule of TCM in the treatment for coronary heart disease with angina pectoris,and provide guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Applying frequency analysis,medication rule of TCM treatment for coronary heart disease were explored by establing database of Chinese herbal compounds screened out from the TCM literature. Results Herbs for blood-activating,stasis-eliminating（ salvia miltiorrhiza） was used with the highest frequency,and then in turn were those for qi-tonifying（ prepared Radix Glycyrrhizae）,qi-regulating（ Bulbus Allii Macrostemi）,eliminating sputum to relieve cough and asthma（ Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim）. Based on clustering analysis,all herbs were clusted as 12 drug pairs with corresponding indacations. Conclusion Herbs for blood-activating,stasis-eliminating and qi-tonifying,qi-regulating,eliminating sputum to relieve cough and asthma are reused in clinic,such as salvia miltiorrhiza,prepared Radix Glycyrrhizae,Bulbus Allii Macrostemi,Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim. Drug pairs containing 2 or more herbs are commonly used in administration.
