摘要：糖尿病(DM)是一种重要的内分泌代谢性疾病,主要有1型糖尿病(T1DM)和2型糖尿病(T2DM)两种类型,其中尤其是T2DM由于其患病人数多,病程及进展缓慢,严重影响患者的劳动能力和生活质量。为此国内外学者对T2DM的发病机制进行了大量的研究工作。但到目前为止,T2DM的各项研究进展仍十分缓慢,其中主要原因是T2DM病因多,发病机制复杂。本文旨在将国内外有关T2DM的实验动物模型的研究进展进行一次总结。
Diabetes Mellitus（DM） is an important endocrinopathy. It involves Typol DM（T1DM） and Typo2 DM（T2DM） .Especially T2MD has seriously influenced the labour ability and living quality of patients, due to its large number of sufferers and slow course of diseases. So global scholars do much research about its pathogenesis. However, by far, all kinds of research progress of T2DM are very slow, as a result of T2DM＇s complex pathogenesis and numerous pathogeny. In the review, the progress in the research on T2MD animal models is discussed.
