摘要:过量的自由基会导致衰老、癌症以及其它各类疾病的产生。抗氧化能够克服过量自由基带来的危害,因此,通过抗氧化作用的研究寻找有效的抗氧化物质成为目前医药卫生、保健品、化妆品领域研究的热点。多糖作为中药的有效成分之一,具有抗氧化、抗病毒、提高免疫力等活性,近些年备受研究者热捧。文章就从具有抗氧化的中药多糖种类以及发病机制方面对国内外相关文献进行分析归纳。中药多糖来源广泛,归纳总结后发现众多植物与微生物中的多糖具有显著抗氧化作用,主要是通过内源性抗氧化应激通路——Nrf2/ARE通路,调节编码下游抗氧化酶基因的表达。这些抗氧化酶又能进一步阻断自由基链式反应,从而减少自由基的生成。其次,通过抑制i NOS mRNA表达,减少NO生成,能明显增加抗氧化能力,减少氧化应激损伤。可见多糖具有自然资源丰富、多途径、多靶点、多效应等特性,在抗氧化方面有长足的发展。
Researchers found that excessive free radicals can lead to aging, cancer and other types of diseases, the harm caused by which can be overcome by antioxidant. Therefore, the study of antioxidation has became a hot topic in the field of pharmaceutical health, health care products and cosmetics. Polysaccharide, one of the active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine, is getting more attention in recent year, which possesses effects of antioxidant, anti-virus, improving immunity and other activities. In this paper, the antioxidant status of polysaccharides and the pathogenesis were analysis based on domestic and foreign literatures. The sources of TCM polysaccharides are abundant. It was concluded that the polysaccharides of many plants and microorganisms had significant antioxidant effect, mainly by endogenous antioxidant stress pathways, Nrf2/ARE signaling pathways to adjust the coding downstream antioxidaes gene expression. These antioxidaes can block the free radical chain reaction further, so reducing the generation of free radicals. Secondly, by inhibiting iNOS mRNA expression, reducing the NO generation can obviously increase the oxidation resistance, reduce oxidative stress injury. In conclusion, polysaccharide has rich natural resources, multi-channel, multi-features, multi-targets and multi-effects in antioxidant with great development potential.
