摘要：教学管理是高校管理队伍的重要组成部分,建设一支素质高、相对稳定的教学管理队伍是维持高校教学工作正常运转和提高教学质量的重要保障。文章通过对甘肃中医学院教学管理队伍现状分析,探讨了在高校跨越式发展的形势下,重视教学管理队伍建设及提高教学管理人员整体素质的重要性,并就如何加强高校教学管理队伍建设提出了对策和建议。
Teaching management team is an important component of management team in university. The building of a high quality and steady teaching management team is the guarantee of teaching order and quality. The paper based on analyzing the present situation of the teaching management In Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and probed the important of paying attention to the construction and increasing total quality of the teaching management team under the new great-leap-forward developing circumstance of the university. This paper puts forward some suggestions on how to strengthen the teaching management team.
